President
Rob is a transformative sales and operations leader who delivers innovative ways to create and capture value. With an extensive background in every facet of leading operations, problem solving, sales, and strategy development, Rob brings a proven record of achieving the highest levels of effectiveness and efficiency. An experienced leader and effective communicator with organizational, administrative, and people strengths, he strives to build and maintain a culture of agility where top talent chooses to work and premier customers choose to conduct business. In his free time, Rob loves to spend time with his beautiful daughter, play baseball and cheer on his beloved Purdue Boilermakers.
Brett Reeder
Director of Sales – Strategic Partner Engagement
Brett has been with us since 2017. He previously worked for Barnes Distribution, serving 7 Years as Manager of Sourcing. He also worked at MSC for 3 years as Branch General Manager, and has an additional 15 years of Management and Sales experience. He is an expert on Xebec. Brett has 3 beautiful daughters, loves sports, and is an avid car-lover.

Matt Seibert
Director of Engineering – Applications and Solutions Engineering
Matt is an industrial engineer who started working with us in 2022. He is a strong critical thinker with a can’t lose attitude, determined to solve any problem given to him. Outside of work, Matt loves playing baseball, being outdoors, watching the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, and spending time with friends and family.
Jack McKenzie
Systems Engineer
Jack is a recent graduate of the University of Dayton, where he earned a degree in Computer Science. With a strong foundation in software development and systems architecture, he brings a fresh perspective and technical expertise to his role as a Systems Engineer. Outside of work, he is an avid baseball player and enjoys staying active through sports and fitness.
